Shaikha Ahmad Abdulla Sultan
Founder/Chairperson
Shaikha Ahmad Abdulla Sultan is considered as one of the prominent Emirati lawyers, with over 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration in UAE, covering numerous areas of law, with particular focus on matters relating to public law, banking and financial laws, real estate laws and criminal law/procedures. She holds full rights of audience in all UAE courts including the cassation/supreme courts. Having astute ability to interpret local and federal laws of UAE, she is highly regarded for her clear, solution oriented and commercially focused legal advice.
In addition to civil and criminal litigation practice, Shaikha is member of several arbitration bodies in UAE. Prior to founding her own legal practice, she had been appointed in Dubai Police General Command on various key positions, including Head of legal advice section and Head of performance development department. Shaikha had also been honored to be appointed as Ambassador of international investment, and she had been awarded certificate of competence and achievement in 2003 by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, during the IMF and World Bank conference.
Shaikha is an active member of UAE’s Institute of Training and Judicial Studies, and Emirates Intellectual Property Association. She is also member of several social, linguistic and charitable bodies in UAE, including Sociological Association, Handicapped Guardians Association, Arabic Language Association and Emirates Society for Human Rights.
Moustafa Fahmy
Head – Litigation Practice
Moustafa Fahmy specializes in civil and criminal litigation with 15 years of experience in handling complex and contentious commercial matters, with particular focus on banking and finance, real estate, construction projects, cross border transactions, healthcare regulations and enforcement proceedings. He has wide range of experience in advising multinationals, SMEs and individual clients on broad spectrum of legal issues and disputes.
Being qualified and an experienced litigator in Egypt, before embarking his practice in UAE, Moustafa possesses deep understanding of the legal and judicial system of UAE, and is highly regarded for his expertise in drafting court pleadings in complex civil and commercial matters at all litigation stages. In addition to civil and commercial litigation, Moustafa has strong grasp, and has advised numerous clients, on Sharia related matters and Muslim inheritance principles.
Shoaib Spal
Head – Real Estate, Arbitration
Shoaid Spal is a well-rounded corporate lawyer with over 10 years of global experience, specialized in advising multinationals and SMEs on a broad range of issuses related to real estate transactions, construction and FIDIC contracts, business setup, corporate governance, restructuring, commercial transactions and joint ventures. Shoaib is highly regarded for his ability to provide commercially focused advice and practical solutions to his clients. He has completed his legal qualifications from United Kingdom and holds an LLM in professional legal practice from University of Law, London with an overall distinction.
Shoaib has previously been engaged as in-house legal counsel for various governmental and private commercial organizations in Dubai. In addition to his corporate practice, he has represented clients in numerous arbitration cases. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of regional and international arbitral process, from commencement of proceedings to enforcement of awards, under the rules of DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC and New York Convention.
Ehab Salah
Head – Employment
Ehab Salah has 15 years of experience in litigation, practicing in Egypt as well as in UAE, with primary focus on employment, labor and human resources laws. During his outstanding career, Ehab has advised public and private organizations, small & medium businesses as well as individual clients on employer-employee legal relationship, human resource policies and labor disputes. He maintains remarkable track record for his expertise of effectively drafting pleadings in employment litigation. In addition to his employment law practice, Ehab regularly advises clients on matters related to family laws, matrimonial issues, divorce proceedings, maintenance claims, child custody and guardianship matters. He also specializes in advising on, writing, registering and enforcing the wills in UAE, both for Muslims and non-Muslims.
Ahmad Eldimery
Head – Cyber Crimes, E-commerce
Ahmed El Demiry is a seasoned lawyer specialized in technology and e-commerce related laws, with over a decade of experience in advising wide ranging clientele locally and regionally. Ahmed has completed his LLM in public law and has been practicing in Egypt as a successful litigator before moving to UAE and is currently working on his PHD thesis on cyber laws. During his years of practice, he has developed substantial experience in all types of IT and E-commerce related legal issues.
In addition to his e-commerce and cyber laws specializations, Ahmed is adept at criminal laws and procedures of the UAE, and regularly advises clients on matters related to cyber and financial crimes. His expertise in effectively drafting court pleadings in criminal litigation makes him stand out among other lawyers of similar fields in the region.
